Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book my event?

We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance for most events, and 6-12 months for large corporate functions or weddings to ensure availability and adequate planning time. However, we also accommodate last-minute events when possible.

What is your service area?

CityGlow Events primarily serves the Greater Toronto Area, but we regularly coordinate events throughout Ontario and can travel to other provinces for larger events. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside the GTA.

Do you offer site visits before booking?

Yes, we offer complimentary initial consultations and site visits within the Toronto area. For locations outside Toronto, a nominal travel fee may apply which is credited toward your event if you choose to book with us.

What is your payment schedule?

We typically require a 30% deposit to secure your date, with 50% due 60 days before the event and the final 20% due two weeks prior to the event date. Custom payment plans are available for larger events.
